Shipping and Returns Shipping: We will always do our best to meet your delivery needs but rush charges may apply for items that must ship in less than the specified shipping times. We will never charge an additional rush fee beyond those which are levied by the manufacturer. All possible care will be taken to ensure your order is appropriately packed for shipping. After it leaves our premises and is no longer in our care, it becomes the carrier's responsibility to deliver your property to you in an "as new" condition. Should you have a claim, we will assist your efforts and will use whatever leverage we might have with the manufacturer and carrier to achieve a favorable outcome.In some cases, you may be able to ship an item on your Fed-Ex or UPS account number. Some of our vendors allow this and some do not. Please contact us if you would prefer to ship on your account number. Returns: Returned items must arrive at our facility in their original
packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a written Return Authorization
Form, which you will obtain from us. The R. A. number must be clearly visible
on the "Ship To" label of the packaging. Packages arriving without a
return authorization will be refused. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If something is not up to your expectations, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to meet your needs. |
